I had Radu Perciuleac and Elite Custom Roofing do a full roof replacement on my house. I am very please with how professional he and his crew were. They made sure the old roof was completely clean up from my yard. I was totally happy with the cost of the new roof. It actually cost less than what I expected. I think it was a very fair price. I have and I will recommend anybody that is looking to do a full replacement to talk to Radu and Elite Custom Roofing.

Last week, I had a complete roof replacement done by Elite Custom Roofing, and I had a great experience from start to finish.I worked with Radu, who gave me a very thorough explanation of the entire process, including the materials being used, possible repairs that could be needed once the old roof was removed, the quality of the products, the expected timeline, and even additional information I wouldn’t have known to ask about. His technical knowledge and experience were impressive and really put my mind at ease about such a large project. The estimate was very reasonable, and the project was completed on schedule and within the agreed-upon budget. Radu kept me informed every step of the way, and I found him to be reliable, knowledgeable, and efficient.Another great benefit was the limited transferable warranty included with the project at no additional cost, which gives us additional peace of mind.Overall, I was very pleased with the entire experience and the quality of the work. I would absolutely use Elite Custom Roofing and Radu again in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable roofing contractor.

Robert and his crews are great!!!! They replaced our roof gutters and a few little other odds and ends. The project was done in a very timely and professional manner!! The owner was very patient with us as it took me quite some time to pick out just the right shingle color he even brought samples and placed them up on the roof to help me make a decision!! Before and after pics below!! What a transformation from the rusty brown to the black!!! We couldn’t be happy with the job done and would definitely recommend you giving them a call.

We contacted 3 roofing contractors for bids on our roof replacement. We chose Elite Custom Roofing primarily because we were impressed by their representative, Radu. He was timely , very thorough and obviously knowledgeable about his product. He explained all aspects of our choices and never pressured us. Rob, the owner was also professional and worked with us on picking colors for the flashing on the eaves. The wait was only a little over a week and their roofing crew completed the job in one day. They did a complete cleanup and we ended with a thorough inspection and walk around with Radu. He was on scene the entire day. We highly recommend Elite Custom Roofing.

I called Radu and Alex to see if they did she'd construction. I explained it had it and was sure I couldn't do it by myself. They were both very willing to take on the task. Alex was very good at reading the directions they both worked in the heat and thunder storm to get this shwd together. I'm very happy with their work especially since it was a small job. I would happily recommend Alex and Radu. You never know if they'll do a job unless you ask. Thanks guys

Elite was the best company to use for our recent bathroom remodel! Both men were cordial and carefully listened to our particular needs. They tackled the difficulties of an old 1850's house with knowledgeable careful consideration for the difficulties an old house presents. Each day we were appraised of work that had been done and the projected work for the next day. This is a wonderful practice! We would use Elite again and again. They are trustworthy, honest, reasonable, and just all around "good people". Consider them for your next project you definitely will not be disappointed. We LOVE what they did here!!

So thankful for the job and time put into the remodel of my son's room (making two rooms into one) as well as new flooring laid through most of the upstairs! It started out to be a short project, until walls came down and issues in an old house reveal themselves as they always do!! Rob, Brandon, Devon and Radu communicated exceptionally and professionally the whole way through, giving constant updates as needed and gave us all the time we needed even being around the holidays. Radu did such a great job on the flooring and quick too!We have also had Brandon come in on multiple occasions to help with different handy man projects/fixes around the house and he has always been amazing! The most recent was frozen/busted pipes and he saved the day!I highly recommend Elite for your home remodeling needs!

Canine Rescue of Central PA researched 18 roofing companies to replace our 65+ year old leaky roof. We chose Elite Custom Roofing due to their prompt reply, drone technology, dog friendliness, and affordability; and because they are a local Dillsburg business that is independently owned and operated. It was a challenging job due to the age and condition of the roof, but in just two days we had a beautiful new blue roof. It looks fantastic and we are thrilled with the outcome!! Thank you for a job well done from our volunteers and our dogs!

Elite Custom Roofing, did an amazing job on our kitchen cabinets, adding a backsplash of our choosing along with a dishwasher and microwave. Our house is very old and did not have much space, but Robert and Brandon were able to come in and give a realistic estimate and transformed our kitchen in such a little time. They really care about the detail of any job they do and communicated with me every step of the way. They did an amazing job and I would suggest them to anyone looking to upgrade their home, they truly take the job serious and will treat your home as if it’s their own with their attention to detail! I can’t thank them enough for my new kitchen!

I contacted three contractors for quotes for a new roof. I went with Elite Custom Roofing because Robert did not come across as just a pushy salesperson. He was truly knowledgeable in all aspects of the job, and he explained how the work would be accomplished and what materials would be used. He then helped me select the best materials to ensure I would meet the warranty requirements. He was not the low bidder, but I was impressed with his expertise.I had Elite Custom Roofing installed three new roofs, one on my home, and on two detached garages. They completed all three in one day and they kept me updated as the day went on and cleaned up afterwards. I was totally impressed with their work ethic and excellent workmanship. I would choose them again and recommend them to anyone. Robert's quote included a veteran discount that was more than fair.

Robert, Brandon and their crew did excellent work, spent the time addressing all of our questions, were professional yet friendly and approachable, and were more than fair in pricing. (Check out the before and after pictures of the bathroom....the transformation was stunning). I can't imagine anyone else we would trust with future projects!

I cannot recommend Elite Custom Roofing enough! We were very out of date with our roof, and as first time homeowners, this was new territory for my husband and I. Robert was responsive, thorough, and reassuring through the whole process. From start to finish, we knew we were getting above-and-beyond quality work, and are very pleased with the outcome. Robert even checked in throughout installation day to ensure we were up to date with any changes, things found, and time updates (and even asked how our dogs were handling the noise!). The attention to detail during clean up was fantastic, and we found very few nails/scrap/shingle particles in the grass or surrounding areas. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Yes, they are a roofing company, but they also do general contracting. They remodeled our 1967 bathroom, which had original everything! They were creative with us, took notes as we discussed ideas, sent an email with immediate rehash of our ideas, sent a prompt quote, and daily emails to explain accomplishments and next steps. We also received price changes as needed on paper, so there were no surprises at the end. Those are qualities that go beyond the typical contractor! That's in addition to the beautiful workmanship! Their attention to detail, high quality of work, and desire for excellence made us feel confident in their skills, decision, and work.

Robert and company were very nice and knowledgeable, they came in and prepped the area around my house to minimize debris in and around my plants. They moved items that would be in the danger areas to prevent breakage. When they started doing the work they did it very methodically and stripped the roof in no time at all. They went around and checked all of my decking to be sure it was all good and sterdy, they also made recommendations on which boards to replace. I was pleased that they made the recommendation to cover my whole roof due to the low pitch with the ice and rain protectant as another layer of protection. The work was done in a day, to include clean-up. The company looks out for their workers by supplying them with a porta potty on the jobsite so they do not need to come into our house. During my walk around after the job was completed and workers left I only found 6 nails total in and around the area, for the amount of work that was done I think that is a very good job with clean-up. I would highly recommend Elite Custom Roofing to my friends.

Elite was very professional, they kept us informed of what to expect and were here to make sure we were happy throughout the day. Robert was very nice and took the time to explain how long the job would take and assured us that everything would be cleaned up. They spent just as much time cleaning up as they did putting the roof on. The workers were friendly and fast. Our roof was complete in 1 day. We are beyond happy with the job they did and the overall experience working with Elite. They even went above and beyond and replaced the shingles on our shed. I cannot say enough positive things about them.

Elite Custom Roofing is a rare find! I’ve worked in the remodeling industry for quite some time and rarely do you find a company that treats people right, whether that be it’s customers or it’s workers. Rarely do you find a company whose word is their bond. Rarely do you find a company who is actually honest and does what they say they are going to do. Elite Custom Roofing is that rare find. A company is defined by its owner, leadership and crew of course. Robert Culley, who I’ve known professionally for over a decade and have become close family-friends with, has proven himself consistently to bring to the table everything a customer and friend looks, hopes and prays for—a trustworthy person/company that you’ll be happy you chose and satisfied far beyond when your home project is completed. What more could you ask for? Oh yeah, his pricing is reasonable!
