Our Story
A Trusted Roofing Contractor That Exceeds Expectations
Elite Custom Roofing is a Central Pennsylvania roofing contractor known for exceptional residential roof replacement and exterior construction. Homeowners across Mechanicsburg and the surrounding region count on our team to make every project run smoothly, efficiently, and with craftsmanship that exceeds expectations.
We were founded in 2020 by people who had spent years in home improvement and saw a glaring need for an honest, customer-first company. Today Elite is led by two project managers, owner Robert Culley and Phil Hall, with more than 40 years of combined industry experience. Their standard is simple: don’t play games with people, treat them with respect, and do the job right.
That’s why every project starts with a free inspection, a detailed written estimate, and honest advice, even when the honest answer is a repair instead of a new roof.
