He was truly knowledgeable in all aspects of the job, and he explained how the work would be accomplished and what materials would be used. He then helped me select the best materials to ensure I would meet the warranty requirements. He was not the low bidder, but I was impressed with his expertise.I had Elite Custom Roofing installed three new roofs, one on my home, and on two detached garages. Robert was responsive, thorough, and reassuring through the whole process. From start to finish, we knew we were getting above-and-beyond quality work, and are very pleased with the outcome. Robert even checked in throughout installation day to ensure we were up to date with any changes, things found, and time updates (and even asked how our dogs were handling the noise!). Yes, they are a roofing company, but they also do general contracting. They remodeled our 1967 bathroom, which had original everything! They were creative with us, took notes as we discussed ideas, sent an email with immediate rehash of our ideas, sent a prompt quote, and daily emails to explain accomplishments and next steps. We also received price changes as needed on paper, so there were no surprises at the end.Those are qualities that go beyond the typical contractor!That's in addition to the beautiful workmanship! Robert and company were very nice and knowledgeable, they came in and prepped the area around my house to minimize debris in and around my plants. They moved items that would be in the danger areas to prevent breakage. When they started doing the work they did it very methodically and stripped the roof in no time at all. They went around and checked all of my decking to be sure it was all good and sterdy, they also made recommendations on which boards to replace. I was pleased that they made the recommendation to cover my whole roof due to the low pitch with the ice and rain protectant as another layer of protection. The work was done in a day, to include clean-up. The company looks out for their workers by supplying them with a porta potty on the jobsite so they do not need to come into our house. During my walk around after the job was completed and workers left I only found 6 nails total in and around the area, for the amount of work that was done I think that is a very good job with clean-up. I would highly recommend Elite Custom Roofing to my friends.
